Condition: Slightly off-centered, otherwise VF/F.

Obverse: Inscription in 4 lines, following a cross, all within a wreath border: + ΘΕΟ/ΔΩΡΟΥ/ΧΑΡΤΟΥ/ΛΑΡΙΟΥ = Θεοδώρου χαρτουλαρίου (of Theodoros chartoularios).

Reverse: Inscription in 4 lines, following a cross (?), all within a wreath border: + ΔΟΥ/ΛΟΥ ΤΗC/ΘΕΟΤΟ/ΚΟΥ = δούλου τῆς Θεοτόκου (servant of the Mother of God).
