Obverse: The Mother of God, standing, facial, nimbate, with infant Jesus Christ on her right hand, also nimbate, the usual inscription Μ(ΗΤΗ)Ρ-Θ(ΕΟ)Υ = Μήτηρ Θεοῦ (Mother of God), traces of a circular inscription, all within a dotted (now flat) border.

Reverse: Saint martyr Panteleimon, standing, facial, nimbate, columnar inscription, Ο Α(ΓΙΟC)/ΠΑ/Ν/ΤΕ-Λ/ΕΗ/Μ/ΩΝ = Ὁ ἅγιος Παντελεήμων (Saint Panteleimon), all within a dotted (now flat) border
