Greek Gold Ring with Centaurs and Chariot
3rd-2nd century BC. A round-section gold hoop with facetted shoulders, trumpet-shaped ellipsoid bezel, incuse scene of a bearded god (Apollo?) reclining in a biga drawn by two centaurs, with pennant above held by a child standing on the rumps of the centaurs.
