Description
Egyptian Lapis Lazuli Scarab
Late Period, 664-332 BC. A carved lapis lazuli scarab, naturalistically carved with a finely-striated body, detailed clypeus and articulated legs, plain underside. 0.98 grams, 12mm (1/4"). From a UK collection; formerly in an early 20th century collection.
Very fine condition.
