Description
Large Egyptian Carved Stone Scarab
New Kingdom, 1550-1070 BC. A large carved greenstone scarab with smoothed carapace and detailed legs; blank underside. 91 grams, 58mm (2 1/4"). From an important North West London collection; acquired in the late 1980s-early 1990s.
Fine condition.
