TENASSERIM-PEGU: Anonymous, 17th-18th century, cast large tin coin (47.36g), Robinson—, Phayre-Plate III.3 (obverse only), 69mm, mythical hintha bird facing right, with long tail rising above, extra feathers along its back, and holding a 9-leaf branch in its beak // Burmese ta-weh (for the city of Dawei in Tenasserim Province), 1 natural casting hole, modest porosity on the reverse, lovely obverse, VF-EF, RRR.
