Pr-2939. Struck in the name and types of Alexander III (the Great) of Macedon. Obverse: Head of Herakles right, wearing lion skin; Reverse: Zeus seated left on throne, holding eagle and scepter; KE (date) in left field. Fairly well centered on a broad flan, this example offers an alluring light tone accentuating the devices.
