Obverse: Diademed head of the deified Alexander right, with horn of Ammon / Athena seated left on throne, holding Nike; monogram to inner left, KAΛ on throne; in exergue, ornate trident left. Rather handsomely struck, this brilliant piece offers some charming remaining luster as well.
