OCTAVIAN. Denarius (30-29 BC). Uncertain mint in Italy, possibly Rome.

Obv: Laureate head of Apollo of Actium right, with features of Octavian.
Rev: Octavian, as city founder and holding whip and plow handle, plowing with yoke of oxen right.

Condition: Near very fine.

Weight: 3.45 g.
