CILICIA. Tarsos. Pharnabazos (Persian military commander, 380-374/3 BC). Fourrée Stater. Contemporary imitation.
Obv: Baaltars seated left on throne, holding lotus-tipped sceptre; Aramaic legend to right.
Rev: Helmeted and draped male head left; Aramaic legend to left and right.
Cf. SNG BN 256 (for prototype); cf. SNG Levante Supp. 18 (same).
Condition: Good very fine.
Weight: 9.93 g.
Diameter: 24 mm.
