St. Mark seated right on throne, presenting staff with banner to Doge kneeling left.
Rev: NON EST INVEN SIMILIS ILLI.
The Bucentoro, the state galley of Venice, sailing left, with four gondolas in foreground and radiant personification of the sun above.

KM (X) 254; CNI 82; Paolucci 385; cf. NAC 36, lot 504 (which realized a hammer of €22,000[!]).
