Extremely rare with COS. IIII. Nerva's fourth consulship started on 1 January 98, at which time he also suffered a stroke. His health continued to decline, and he developed a fatal fever, ultimately passing away on 28 January. This issue comes from the extremely scarce and rare series of his ill-fated four week final consulship.
