Laureate, draped and cuirassed bust right.
Rev: ΠЄΙΩΝ / ЄΦЄСΙΩΝ.
River god Peion reclining left, holding statue of Artemis Ephesia and cornucopia, and resting elbow upon overturned urn from which liquid flows; in background above, boar pierced by spear advancing right; to right, tree and distyle temple.

Very rare, with RPC citing just three examples.
