Laureate head right.
Rev: ΗΓΕ ΚΑΙ ΜΑΤΕΡΝΟV ΟVΛΠΙΑС / ΠΑVΤΑΛΙΑС.
Asklepios, leaning upon serpent-entwined staff and standing slightly right, and Hygieia, feeding serpent held in arms and standing slightly left; between them, Telesphorus standing facing.

Extremely rare, with RPC citing just two examples.
