KINGS OF PAEONIA. Patraos (Circa 335-315 BC). Tetradrachm. Astibos or Damastion mint.

Obv: Laureate head of Apollo right.
Rev: ΠΑΤΡΑΟΥ.
Warrior on horse rearing right, spearing enemy holding shield and spear; uncertain symbol to left, grape bunch to right.

Cf. Paeonian Hoard I 110-5; cf. SNG ANS 1036; HGC 3.1, 148.

Condition: Very fine.

Weight: 11.97 g.
Diameter: 23 mm.
