Description

CARIA. Achaemenid Period. Uncertain Satrap (Circa 350-334 BC). Tetradrachm. Uncertain mint.

Obv: Persian king in kneeling-running stance right, drawing bow, quiver over shoulder; ṣ to left, two 'ayin to right (all in Aramaic).
Rev: Warrior riding horse right, preparing to hurl spear; star above.
