Diademed and draped bust of Tigranes II to right, wearing five-pointed tiara decorated with a star between two eagles. Rev. BAΣIΛEΩΣ BAΣIΛEΩN TIΓPANOY Grain ear; A and ΔΗ monograms across the lower part of the fields. ACV -. CAA -. Kovacs 88 ( these dies ). YTN 181. A wonderful little coin. Well struck and clear with brown surfaces and appealing style. Nearly extremely fine.
