LUCANIA. Thourioi . Circa 350-300 BC. Triobol (Silver, 12 mm, 1.34 g, 9 h). Head of Athena to right, wearing Attic helmet adorned with skylla. Rev. ΘΟΥΡΙΩΝ Bull butting to right; above, Ζ. HN III 1814. SNG ANS 1155. Toned and with an astonishingly well-made and detailed obverse. Minor traces of corrosion , otherwise, extremely fine.
