Solidus (Gold, 20mm, 4.50 g 7), Constantinople, 10th officina (I), 609-610. dN FOCAS PERP AVC Draped and cuirassed bust of Phocas facing, wearing crown and holding a globus cruciger in his right hand. Rev. VICTORIA AVGЧ I / CONOB Angel standing facing, holding globus cruciger in his left hand and long, christogram-topped cross in his right. DOC 10j. MIBE 9. SB 620. Lustrous and sharp. Some flat striking on the obverse, otherwise, virtually as struck.
