CARTHAGE, Unlocated Punic mint. Circa 320/315-305/300 BC. Tetradrachm (Silver, 25mm, 17.09 g 1), Lilybaion or Entella (?). Head of Tanit-Persephone to right, wearing wreath of grain leaves, triple-pendant earring and pearl necklace; around four dolphins. Rev. S’MMHNT = ”People of the Camp” Horse’s head to left; behind, palm tree. Jenkins 179 (dies O51/R159). Nicely toned and with a head of particularly florid style. Good very fine.
