The first 30 parts attractively bound into thirteen volumes in red quarter morocco with the original printed covers preserved. Raised bands, gilt, with marbled boards and endpapers. Volumes 31-39 in the original printed card covers. A little rubbed and scuffed at extremities, internally clean and bright. A most attractive set of this monumental reference, lacking only the later volumes for Egypt and North Africa. Still the most important and comprehensive of all the Sylloge volumes, much used and highly sought after. (21)
