The Carthaginians in Italy and Sicily
Tetradrachm, Panormus (?) circa 330-305 BC, AR 17.08 g. Charioteer driving fast quadriga r.; above, flying Nike l., holding wreath. Rev. Barley-wreathed head of Kore-Persephone r.; around, three dolphins. Jenkins, Punic, pl. 19, 48 (these dies). SNG Lloyd 1599.
Light iridescent tone and extremely fine
