Islands off Thrace, Thasos. Stater circa 525-463 BC, AR 9.08 g. Naked ithyphallic satyr supporting nymph under thighs with r. arm, the l. hand under her back. Rev. Quadripartite incuse square. McClean 4195. Dewing 1312. Well centred on a full flan and with a lovely old cabinet tone, good very fine / very fine
