Corinthia, Corinth. Drachm 525-500, AR 2.62 g. Pegasus flying l.; below, ?. Rev. Head of Athena l., wearing Corinthian helmet and pearl necklace. All within partially incuse square with linear borders. Traité 475 and pl. CCVIII, 19 (these dies). SNG Copenhagen 10. BCD Corinth 19 (this coin). An extremely rare issue. Surface on obverse somewhat porous, otherwise very fine / good very fine Ex Colosseum Coin Exchange 48, 1990, 16 and Lanz 105, 2001, BCD Corinth, 19 sales. From the Harald Salvesen collection.
