Maximianus Herculius, 286 – 308. Aureus, Antiochia 286, AV 5.28 g. IMP C M AVR VAL MAXIMIANVS P F AVG Laureate and cuirassed bust r., with drapery on l. shoulder. Rev. HERCVLI VICTORI Hercules, naked but for cloak on his l. arm, standing r., with r. hand on hip and leaning on club; at l. foot, shield. In l. field, Ξ. In exergue, SMA. C –. RIC –. Calicó –.
