Gupta Dynasty, Chandragupta II (Vikramaditya) (375-415 AD), Gold Dinar, “Archer” type, Obv: king nimbate, standing facing left, is in salwar and wearing necklace, the king holds a long bow in his left hand and arrow in his right, with the Garuda standard showing a snake coiled around Garuda’s neck, Brahmi legend “Chandra” below king’s arm and Brahmi legend around "Deva Sri.........", Rev: goddess Lakshmi seated on a lotus in padmasana facing front, holding diadem in her right hand while the left is resting on her thigh, a lotus is seen adjacent to the goddess's face, its stem is seen rising from under her left arm, tamgha at top left, Brahmi legend “Sri Vikramah” at the right field, 7.89g, 19.01mm, (Altekar, Bayana Hoard # Pl. IX-14/TOTGE, S. Kumar # Class III-Var. A.5.1), about very fine, Rare.
