Constantine I, 307/310-337. Follis (Bronze, 21 mm, 2.81 g, 12 h), Arelate, 313-315. IMP CONSTANTINVS P F AVG Helmeted and cuirassed bust of Constantine I to left, holding spear over his right shoulder and shield on his left. Rev. MARTI CON-S-ERVATORI / QARL Mars advancing right, holding spear in his right hand and trophy over his left shoulder. RIC 25 var. (unlisted officina). Extremely rare, and unpublished from this officina. Minor scratch on the reverse, otherwise, very fine.
