BRUTTIUM. Kroton. Circa 480-430 BC. Nomos (Silver, 23 mm, 7.90 g, 12 h). ϘΡΟ Tripod with three handles and the legs ending in lion's paws; to right, crane standing left; border of dots. Rev. Incuse tripod; rayed border. HN Italy 2102. SNG ANS 258. The reverse struck slightly off center, otherwise, very fine.
