★ With a lovely reverse symbol ★

CALABRIA. Tarentum. Circa 272-240 BC. Didrachm or Nomos (Silver, 20 mm, 6.32 g, 7 h), Phi... and Zopyros, magistrates. Nude youth riding horse walking to right, raising his right hand to crown the horse's head; above, ΦI; below, ZOΠYPOΣ. Rev. TAPAΣ Youthful oikist, nude, riding dolphin to left, holding cornucopiae in his right hand and trident in his left; to right, bee. HN Italy 1029. Vlasto 855-6. Nicely toned and with a lovely reverse symbol. Some die rust on the obverse, otherwise, nearly extremely fine.
