Tetrachalkon (Bronze, 22 mm, 10.30 g, 12 h). 𐡌𐡕𐡓𐡃𐡕 ('mtrdt' in Aramaic) Draped bust of Mithradates to left, wearing upright bashlyk. Rev. 𐡌𐡕𐡓𐡃𐡕 ('mtrdt' in Aramaic) Bee. Kovacs 295. Of the highest rarity, one of only a very few known examples. A lovely coin struck on a broad flan and with unusually well readable legends. Very fine.
