AEOLIS. Kyme. Circa 155-143 BC. Tetradrachm (Silver, 31 mm, 16.70 g, 12 h), Kallias, magistrate. Diademed head of the Amazon Kyme to right. Rev. KYMAIΩN - KAΛΛIAΣ Horse prancing right; one-handled cup below raised foreleg; all within laurel wreath. Oakley obv. die 19. SNG Copenhagen 103. SNG von Aulock 1636. A very attractive example with light golden toning. Extremely fine.
