Anonymous, circa 215-212 BC. Quadrans (Bronze, 43 mm, 74.34 g, 12 h), libral cast series, Rome. Head of Hercules to left, wearing lion skin headdress; behind, three pellets. Rev. Prow of galley to right; below, three pellets. Crawford 35/4. Haeberlin pl. 18, 1-9. RBW 88. Sydenham 75. Thurlow-Vecchi 54. Beautifully patinated. Minor marks , otherwise, very fine.

From an Austrian collection, formed prior to the 1990s.
