KINGS OF PAEONIA. Lykkeios, circa 359-335 BC. Tetradrachm (Silver, 24 mm, 12.90 g, 2 h), Astibos or Damastion. Laureate head of Apollo to right. Rev. ΛYKK-[EIOY] Herakles standing left, strangling the Nemean lion; to right, [bow and quiver]. Paeonian Hoard 72. SNG ANS 1021. A very attractive and sharply struck example with fine toning. Extremely fine.
