CELTIC, Northeast Gaul. Suessiones . Circa 50-30 BC. Cast unit (Potin, 19 mm, 4.46 g, 3 h), 'Au cheval à droite mit X' Type. Celticized head with crested hair to left. Rev. Horse prancing right; above, two torques; below, X. Allen 397. D&T 684. Gäumann 153. LT 7924. Rare and in unusually fine condition. Extremely fine.
