Octadrachm, about 540-520 BC. AR 29.60 g. Griffon with rounded wings seated l. on leaf-and- tongue exergual line, raising its r. foreleg; in field l., ANTI, above, two pellets. Rev. Shallow four-part incuse square. May 90, 52 (this obv. die, but without the two pellets, added in a later stage). Boston 745 (this die). Very rare . Toned. Thick flan.
