French Somaliland Banque de l'Indochine, Djibouti 20 Francs ND (ca. 1926-28) Pick 7As Specimen PMG Gem Uncirculated 65 EPQ. A beautifully fresh and original Specimen and rare in this elite condition. All colors are vivid and the paper is clean. There is a "54" printer noted Specimen number to the immediate left of the portrait on the front, which is interesting placement for such a number.
