French Indochina Banque de l'Indo-Chine, Saigon 20 Piastres 15.3.1907 Pick 36 PCGS Very Fine 20. A great rarity that is seldom offered in any grade, and particularly desirable. The blue colored notes with this design are especially challenging to find, as most have not survived. The colors and manuscript signature are still bright, despite the century that has passed since this note was issued. The back of the third party holder mentions some condition caveats, which includes tears, tape repairs, pinholes, rust and writing in ink in bottom margin. Nevertheless, this denomination and design are seldom encountered. Only a handful of issues examples have been auctioned publicly in the last decade. An important opportunity not to be missed.
