The paper is crisp and original, and the colors are remarkably vivid. An iconic banknote design and rarely seen issued from Haiphong. At the time of cataloging, this example is tied atop the PMG Population Report. Only minor rust and a few pinholes are seen, well below average for the type. The catalog is fresh out of superlatives to describe this lot, which can be a testament to the eye appeal of this century-old emission.
