THRACIAN ISLANDS. Thasos. Ca. 435-400 BC. AR stater (22mm, 8.73 gm). NGC XF 4/5 - 4/5. Satyr advancing right, carrying nymph; dolphin downward behind her / Quadripartite incuse square. SNG Copenhagen 1017. Struck on a large flan, purple and rainbow hues. A rare later type.
