Imitating AR tetradrachm in the name and type of Alexander III the Great, issue of Babylon, under Seleucus I Nicator, ca. 311-300 BC. Head of Heracles right, wearing lion skin headdress, paws tied before neck / AΛΞEANAPO, Zeus enthroned left, left leg drawn back, feet on stool, eagle in right hand, scepter in left; И in left field, Δ below strut. Does not seem to correspond directly to any particular Price number. A rare type issued at Nisyros bears a retrograde N in the left field but the style is much different and no throne symbol is mentioned in Price.
