Quite scarce approaching Mint State, or in any grade, this example pushes the limit for what the major grading services have encountered with respect to quality of preservation, the single-highest certified specimen currently grading MS60 at NGC. Lightly struck in isolated areas, with the majority of the design rendered to a commendable depth, a fact that has allowed an accenting slate gray tone to settle among the central design to an enhancing visual effect.
