An iconic large-sized medal produced to celebrate the erection of the famous "Little Horse" statue--to appear later on the popular "Caballito" pesos of the 1910s--in Charles IV's honor. Surprisingly few marks appear for the breadth of the open expanses of the fields, and a pleasant reddening huddles around the peripheral legends. Mislabeled on the holder as Grove-C-268a; house in an oversized holder.
