George III silver Proof Pattern "Fullerton" 6 Pence 1799 PR65 NGC, Ayrshire mint, Stainton 31c, Forrer II, P. 170. Fullerton issue. Issued for George, Prince of Wales as Seneschal of Scotland. A gem example exhibiting a rich patina on the obverse, with glassy fields that are indisputably mirrorlike on the reverse. From the Butler Family Collection
