Pair of Certified Mixed 1/2 Pennies NGC,  1) William & Mary tin 1692 - XF45, KM475.2 2) George II 1734/3 - Fine Details (Corrosion), KM566 An intriguing pairing of issues, the William & Mary tin 1/2 Penny (featuring a small copper plug in the center as a way to prevent counterfeiting) having previously hammered for $800 in our World Coins Auction #3045 in 2016 (Lot #33714). The George II 1/2 Penny also appears to be somewhat conservatively graded, featuring a certain sharpness even with the general shallowness of the strike.
