Louis XIV Ecu 1694-M MS63 NGC, Toulouse mint, cf. KM275.10 (unlisted date), Dav-3813, Gad-217 (R1). A very difficult mint-date combination to acquire, particularly in this lovely choice state, with die polish lines filling the recesses around the king's portrait and undertype detail somewhat visible, but not obscuring the design of the strike.
