Rare note 15 Kopeks 1863 Series ”A”, P. A2, Rigaer Bursen-Bank, stronger used with several folds and creases, torn in center and rejoined, also fixed with kind of tape all around its borders, no holes, still nice print, rare item, conditioin: VG, optically appears better.
