Sophytes AR Tetradrachm, imitating Athens

Bactria. Sophytes (c. 305-294 BC). AR Tetradrachm (22-23 mm, 12.89 g). Local standard. Imitating Athens.
Obv. Head of Athena to right, wearing crested Attic helmet.
Rev. Owl standing right, head facing; olive sprig and pellet-in-crescent behind; all within incuse square.

Rare. Porous and darkly toned, very fine.
